Q. How long does it take to ship my order?
A. Orders will typically take 1-3 business days to fulfill and depending on your location, can take 2-5 business days to arrive to addresses in Canada. U.S. Addresses may take 3-10 business days for arrival. But please allow an extra day or so in case of delays.
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. All orders will be shipped using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service for Canadian orders or USPS for American addresses.
Q. How will my order resolve when my order contains both in stock and pre-order items?
A. If your order contains an item that is currently not in stock yet, we will hold your entire order until every item is in stock and available to ship to you. Once a pre-order item is in stock, please allow 1-2 business days to receive notification of shipment and your tracking number.
Q. Do you take special orders or requests?
A. Yes we absolutely do! If there is an product that is not on our site that you would like to order, let us know through email at email@example.com and we will do our very best to obtain it for you!
Q. What do I do if I received a defective item? (i.e. missing parts, production errors etc.)
A. If you find that you are missing anything in your box, please contact the publishing company to request replacement parts. Manufacturing defects are the sole responsibility of the publisher and we, as a store, unfortunately do not have the ability to provide these missing parts for you. If you would like assistance in finding out who the publisher is and how to contact them, however, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do what we can to help in any way!
Q. What happens if my shipment was damaged in transport?
A. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we'll do our best to resolve this issue.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! We currently ship the U.S. for a flat fee of $15CAD. Postage couriers vary depending on location and size of the order but typically will be made either by USPS and include tracking information. For countries outside of the U.S. and Canada, please contact us and we'll arrange what we can!
Q. Do you price match?
A. The general answer is yes! If you find another board game store that sells any of the games that we carry for cheaper, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the link to the site and we can price match within reason. Please be aware that we may not be able to match the difference if the price discrepancy is too large i.e. if a store carries old stock and the cost for the game has since increased.
Q. What happens when a game I JUST ordered went on sale or decreased in price?
A. Generally, we try to catch when this happens and adjust the price already for you in the form of a refund as soon as we notice that your recent order (within your 30 days of purchase) has lowered in price. If this happens, you'll be notified by email for two things: one email for the actual refund, and one email hand written by us indicating that we refunded a certain amount to you for accommodating a new, lower price on a game you purchased. If we happened to miss this for any reason, and you noticed a game you recently bought went down in price, just email us at email@example.com and we'll help in any way we can.
This guarantee unfortunately does not accommodate for site-wide sales such as on Boxing Day.
Q. Do you allow orders to be put on hold?
A. Yes we absolutely do! If you'd like to order some games and compile a larger order to qualify for free shipping, or for any other reason, just state that you'd like your order on hold in the note field of your order and we'll refund any shipping charges to you. Your order can be held for any amount of time.
